- If you have ordered the incorrect size jar / quantity, returns will only be accepted for credit within 5 (five) days of the delivery. Contener will only accept this in writing (email). This is providing that the products are in perfect condition and in original packaging. A 15% handling charge will apply.
- Any products under private label / own label arrangements cannot be accepted for return.
- Goods ordered specially (non-stock lines) will not be accepted back for credit
- Please contact Contener to return goods quoting the invoice number to issue you with a returns authorisation.
